Arch has updated to python 3.8, but these binaries link with a no longer available libpython3.7m.so. I guess there's going to need to be a new python37 AUR package akin to the current python36 AUR package that this will need to depend on, until Fedora update to 3.8 also?

Please update the swift-lang-runtime source to point to:

Finally updated the package again, sorry for the huge delay. I also have an idea to finally drop libexec, so look forward to that SOON(tm).
