Seems this is too hasty of a copy & paste of many things, the package.json of the repository says "description": "Unofficial Tailscale desktop app",

The "Upstream URL" says https://gitlab.com/twitterdesktop/application but the PKGBUILD source refers to https://gitlab.com/syncthingdesktop/application
