At the time of this writing, there is a github project, possibly by original author. There is also the fork mentioned here on 2022-06-03 12:49 (UTC). Both were last updated at 2019.

Looks like abandonned software. There's no match on a deep search on his website, probably removed

Updated to v17, won't add systemd files, sorry.

There's a fork adding systemd service files (needs
depends=systemd):https://github.com/dagelf/sysrqd.git
Also please kindly remove
