System Modeler seems to still need to use X Server or related components, which may be related to the built-in Qt. If used under Wayland, the following errors/warnings may occur:

qt.qpa.plugin: Could not load the Qt platform plugin "xcb" in "" even though it was found.

It mainly affects the dragging components and has little impact on the viewing and running of the model.

It has been updated to 14.0.0. Please note that the desktop file name has been changed to com.wolfram.SystemModeler.14.0.desktop. Please pay attention to this.

I've updated the package to 12.0.0. qft's work on the PKGBUILD for 4.0.0 seems to work just fine.
