The PKGBUILD file contains an error. In line 128 replace the id -g "${_g_gid}" with getent group "${_g_gid}" | cut --delimiter ':' --fields 3

or create a user named "uucp" with the same id as the group, as the command checks the user uucp instead of the group... (And you may want to add the user uucp anyway, as you'll need it for e.g. hylafax anyway)
