It depends on the .so files provided by those packages so it is definitely ensured that they are installed and that the soname of those libraries matches.

c++utilities
andtagparser

@konlaasz Makes sense. I suppose the cleanest solution would be within the upstream build system so I'll do that when I have time. Note that the
*.appdata.xml
