The config gets still lost when closing the application.

Hi, looks like node-webkit's missing again. `nw-gyp` and `nwjs-bin` are the two related packages. Thanks for PKGBUILDin that one; being a (meta)data fan I will definitively try and see what can be achieved with it.

I have the same issues with the missing config storing. i will have a look into it in the next days.

Thanks for the fast update! However, I'd like to report a strange behavior: When I use this package here and run tagspaces, it seems that it does not store any configuration made by me. I always get the "first launch introduction" and need to set up the configuration again (notes folder, etc.). I need to launch tagspaces via sudo to have it remember my settings. When I just download it from their website and launch it, everything appears to work as expected. Furhtermore, it writes its settings into ~/.config/TagSpaces/ Could this be related to nepochal's comment?

An update would be nice, V2 has been released recently. https://github.com/tagspaces/tagspaces/releases/

Thank you. Works like a charm :) One last question: Is it intended to write the configuration to ~/data? I ask because the version from tagspaces.org stores the data in ~/.config/TagSpaces/ Kind regards.

It is not possible to compile tagspaces, because node-webkit does not exist anymore in the aurs.
