Package is broken again due to the source host failing to serve the tarball. Changing the source yet again to https://mzf.fr/${pkgname}/download/${pkgver}/${pkgname}-${pkgver}.tar.gz (upstream URL redirects to this domain name as well) allowed me to build the package.

Downloading timed out for me, adapting the source parameter to point to the git repo (https://git.tuxfamily.org/taptempo/taptempo.git/snapshot/taptempo-1.4.5.tar.gz) worked.

If you change catch in makedepends to catch2-v2, the package compiles.
