version 3.8.4 now works for me

At the moment, 3.8.1 works on my machine but not 3.8.2.

I am not sure whether you will encounter the same problem, but I've opened an issue.

The latest version of TaskJuggler is 3.7.2 on the official website (https://taskjuggler.org/download.html), but 3.8.1 on RubyGems.org (https://rubygems.org/gems/taskjuggler).

Hi, I also had to add ruby-net-smtp, ruby-net-imap, and ruby-net-pop to run the package after installation.

I was able to build this easily in a clean chroot. Please try that as well.

Thanks for the hints. I added ruby-sync to the dependencies. TaskJuggler version is still the same.

Package ruby-sync needs to be added to depends.

I received as error:

in `rescue in block in activate_dependencies': Could not find 'sync' (>= 0) among 64 total gem(s) (Gem::MissingSpecError)

Which was fixed by installing ruby-sync.
