The tag 'potential_incompatibility' is not from the 8.6.4 branch, it's from 8.6.2. I will look into why 8.6.4 is not building.

Hi, this package fails to build in a clean chroot environment due to the following error In file included from /build/tclkit/src/kitgen/8.6/tk/unix/../generic/tkPort.h:21:0, from /build/tclkit/src/kitgen/8.6/tk/unix/../generic/tkInt.h:19, from /build/tclkit/src/kitgen/8.6/tk/unix/../generic/tkStubLib.c:14: /build/tclkit/src/kitgen/8.6/tk/unix/../generic/tk.h:96:25: fatal error: X11/Xlib.h: No such file or directory compilation terminated. You may want to add libx11 as dependency.

this actually builds from source now instead of downloading blobs

This didn't work for me as is. I replaced all references to $startdir/pkg and $startdir/src with $pkgdir and $srcdir and then it worked.
