I think it should be "setcap cap_net_raw+ep ${pkgdir}/usr/bin/tcpping" In a chroot I got this error

@bilibili_xiaok please use the releases for building. Not a RAW link to a file. The file could chance and is not the versioned file.
I polished the PKGBUILD a little, feel free to use and learn from it. cheers

@bilibili_xiaok I think 'tcpping' file in the Git repo should be removed (and downloaded by makepkg when building the package).
