it works! Just needed to use: git clone --recursive https://github.com/vysheng/tg.git && cd tg

Still not working for me, I am using the following steps: sudo apt-get install git-core sudo apt-get install libreadline-dev libconfig-dev libssl-dev lua5.2 liblua5.2-dev sudo git clone https://github.com/vysheng/tg.git && cd tg sudo apt-get install libevent-dev sudo ./configure make What am I doing wrong?

Same on my RPi B+: make: *** No rule to make target 'tgl/scheme.tl', needed by 'auto/scheme.tl'. Stop.

It's not building on my system: make: *** No rule to make target 'tgl/scheme.tl', needed by 'auto/scheme.tl'. Stop. I also tried older tags of the git repository without success.
