running updpkgsums allowed me to build using this PKGBUILD

The md5sum is wrong because source link gets latest, which is 2019Feb25. This is the final version, Teqc has reached end of life. Please update.

md5sum is (again/ still) wrong:

    teqc_Lx86_64d.zip ... FAILED
==> ERROR: One or more files did not pass the validity check!
==> ERROR: Makepkg was unable to build teqc.
