You can see in the release page of the binaries that the key is stored in the Ubuntu keyserver (http://keyserver.ubuntu.com/)
I had problems importing the key from the keyserver so I saved the key manually and imported it from the local file into the keyring, but even then during install I get issues during installing (unknown trust, not trusted, etc)

...results in a gpg validation error:
If I try to add the public key with command:
the result is:
(If I use "http://keys.gnupg.net" as keyserver, the result is the same.)
By the way, could you please update to 9.5?
