Eh... probably shouldn't have added that bit. Anyway, I can help with another game, not so much the icons. Maybe we should make a forum post, or write in the discussion page of the wiki?

hm? of course, why not? First at all, the icon packs and wallpapers are the same, no matter if you are using gnome, kde, or just a window manager with no desktop, like using icewm or openbox. but even IF they were kde-only, well a package can be called: "touhou-darkcolors-kde-icon-theme" and then another one "touhou-darkcolors-gnome-icon-theme" again, the icon themes are the same, no matter what your desktop is. on the other hand, you don't need to do this if you don't want to; theres a lot of touhou related things that can be done XD the harder part of a icon theme, is that in order to be legal, they need to be hand created! (ﾟдﾟ ) instead of just using random touhou images from the web, which can be non-free. ...or they can be created using as base some creative commons touhou images, or something like that. thats why I said "maybe" when talking about doing it; it is a lot of work!

nice! touhou has its own page on the arch wiki!! I like that!! Ok, this weekend Im gonna make touhou stuff! like an aur package for archrelated touhou wallpapers, another for marisa wallpapers, reimu, etc, Boot Splash screens, Slim logins background, god so much to do! XD maybe we can do an touhou icon pack? (ow, just be sure to make packages ONLY for demos, or fan-made freeware games; we can't --and shouldn't!-- put warez on AUR)

Ok, I got a Chakra system ready now. Let's package... Touhou 11! I never played that one. (On second thought, Touhou 11 is about 140MB, while Touhou 9 is smaller at 27.6MB...)
