It includes the training mission, I just checked. It does connect to the server, you have to follow the instructions.

What this package does is running the installer.

Not only does the package installed with this not include the training missions, it cannot connect to the server...

I downloaded and ran the installer directly and it works fine.

It's their installer that does the downloading from their mirrors. Nothing I can do about it when they're slow. Console output shows you the progress.

(Updated the installer, but that won’t speed up your download)

Seems to sit for hours on the "Starting package()" section of the build...
