Hello,

  • you can remove provides and conflicts thor-flash-utility which are not needed for a 'stable' pkgbuild, are 'variations' (-git,-bin) that need that
  • you can depends on dotnet-runtime-7.0 if this program works only with that and dotnet-runtime Arch package provide that
