@xiota I think don't worry about that,they were in two packages,so they were in tow different directory,thorium-reader/thorium-reader.git and thorium-reader-git/thorium-reader.git.

Did you rename the source directory to try to prevent conflict with aur/thorium-reader? There's no need as long as the git repo is the same. makepkg will checkout the correct commit/tag/branch/etc.
