I know next to nothing about boost, but I need this package for something, so I made it work with modern pacman, and the patch. If anyone wants to take over maintainership, just let me know. I am happy to give.

No, not an official part. I think it was intended as one but I'm not sure. There is already package named threadpool which is for haskel. How to avoid the name clash?
