In the interest of correct spelling, I decided to integrate CircleCode's suggested change to fix hunspell and make it required.

Chances are this is opinionated, but I think if you can afford to install Thunderbird, you can also install hunspell.

  • %u change not implemented, not sure if this is a good idea.
  • Let me know if this breaks usage with other spell checkers. I have no idea what others there are.

No idea, if all have thunderbird-beta-bin, not thunderbird nor thunderbird-beta nor non-63.0b1 nor custom settings, themes nor launch flags.

I have a strange issue when composing message. It happens only on one computer. Other laptops with the same newest thunderbird work fine.

When I change font font (Comic, Courier, Arial there is no change. Nothing changes when changing to "Fixed Width" either. The only font that differs is Times -> fixed width does not work here either.

What could be the reason of that? The fonts behave fine in other applications (inkscape and libreoffice)

Am I missing some library?

Second DDoSolitary's comment I had to comment line 72 to get it to build correctly

I do experience the same issue as DDoSolitary. "rm: cannot remove '/tmp/yaytmp-1000/thunderbird-beta-bin/pkg/thunderbird-beta-bin/opt/thunderbird-beta/dictionaries': No such file or directory ==> ERROR: A failure occurred in package(). Aborting..."

Build failing:

rm: cannot remove '/home/appveyor/projects/archlinux-repo/thunderbird-beta-bin/pkg/thunderbird-beta-bin/opt/thunderbird-beta/dictionaries': No such file or directory

electricprism flagged thunderbird-beta-bin out-of-date on 2018-06-26 for the following reason:

Broken, out of date hashes

No it isn't. Clear your $startdir.

Old hashes isn't really "broken" even.
