The application needs a rebuild. Best would be having pkgrel bumped so everyone gets it automatically.

Hi, I'm very new at this type of thing, but I submitted a bug request on bugzilla for TB.

I can't make sense of some of what they are saying, but the bug is that addons will not install.

I am using the prebuilt install from garuda linux's chaotic-aur that I believe is built from this.

the icon theme you have should have a thunderbird icon

Hi, the app icon does not shown properly, please edit thunderbird.desktop and set Icon=thunderbird-appmenu to fix this issue.
