Now that's interesting. I had that same error last time I tried to build tikzit 0.3c, but 0.4 builds fine for me. Do you have flex, bison and gcc up to date?

No, I think the problem is that the environment is incorrect. As an immediate solution, you can just source /etc/profile.d/GNUstep.sh before running makepkg. But this should probably be done in the PKGBUILD.
