@Rogach: I can apply your modification, but I no longer use this package for now. Would you be interested into maintaining it?

Doesn't build:
Please replace "BUILD_FORCE_REMOVE=true ./bootstrap" with "./bootstrap -DWARNINGS_AS_ERRORS=OFF -DREGRESS_CHECKS=OFF" to fix this error.

Just FYI, the author's are changing the build system again (in this case, the behavior of the
bootstrap
script) with some extra flags and, if not set, will prompt questions in the console. For now, thebootstrap
script is buggy so it won't work in Arch (and perhaps other linux boxes), and the timescaledb team seems to be working on it - the issue seems to be theSRC_DIR
variable; changing fromSRC_DIR=$(dirname $0)
toSRC_DIR=$(pwd)
worked for me (as it seems pretty straightforward). The problem is that it may require some extra work in thePKGBUILD
file in the future to work again :-/portnoy31191 commented on 2017-11-16 22:46 (UTC)
