Try now, i have update some dependencies for let it work.

sistematico commented on 2015-06-03 17:27 (UTC)

Im using only Openbox, without any other DM or DE. The official package runs smoothly.

First please dont flag out-of-date if it isnt, but send a request also on the forum or via mail (is in PKGBUILD). The error can be that you dont have selected a gtk icon theme and not specify a theme to use on config file? Analize the log for xorg. In a vm with only X, openbox and tint2-git it work without error, i dont use any desktop manager but i dont think that the problem is the dm.

Useful comments like on the arch=() issue? Recognizing 'useful comments' requires some level of understanding - and you already failed miserable ...

Black_Codec commented on 2015-05-15 12:32 (UTC)

Updated. @rtfreedman: Ideally a comment must be costructive, i never see one of your to be so... As you can see we are in coerence... If you want some different from this you can do your own package and call them like you want but stop to make unusefull comment.

quote 'pushed new tag v0.12-rc4' The purpose of a (git-)repository is to get a continuous development snapshot and a AUR *git* package should allow for it. If you want to release beta releases, name it accordingly - eg. tint2-beta-0.12rc3 Ideally, a git package is never out-of-date - unless PKGBUILD doesn't meet build requirements.

Updated. Now we use the official gitlab repo.
