@MarsSeed where is one expected to download itk 4.2.3? directly from VCS? are they not releasing tarballs anymore?

maybe the url should be http://incrtcl.sourceforge.net/itk/

$ pacman -Qo /usr/lib/itcl4.2.2/itclConfig.sh
/usr/lib/itcl4.2.2/itclConfig.sh is owned by tcl 8.6.12-1

For me fails to build with

checking for itcl configuration... configure: error: /usr/lib/itcl4.2.2 directory doesn't contain itclConfig.sh
