Got an error after the last upgrade: /opt/toggldesktop/TogglDesktop: /opt/toggldesktop/lib/libssl.so.1.1: versionOPENSSL_1_1_1' not found (required by /usr/lib/libQt5Network.so.5)`

Manjaro user with gnome desktop. App doesnt work UI doesnt show up.

Fix! /opt/toggldesktop/TogglDesktop.sh add QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME=gtk3 before else

And if you are using Manjaro with gnome. You ll need to add "$XDG" = "GNOME" to if. In case you are using different environment, you can check by running "echo $XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP"

Finally I managed to make it work in i3wm. @sender, Try this patch:

curl -fsSL "<https://gist.githubusercontent.com/BlurryFlurry/85a9e9078e765b18750317a45a4e0bf9/raw/f1dbe4eb863a202ae03bb26e832dffae1d5692ca/TogglDesktop.sh.patch>" | sudo patch -d/ -p0

@sender Have you got it fixed? I get the same error in manjaro qt5ct: using qt5ct plugin Log path "/home/x/.local/share/Toggl/Toggl Desktop/toggldesktop.log" DB path "/home/x/.local/share/Toggl/Toggl Desktop/toggldesktop.db" qt5ct: D-Bus global menu: no libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile

qt5ct: D-Bus system tray: no

This happens when running in i3wm as a regular user, but in xfce it loads the UI. Also if I run with sudo in i3wm, it loads the UI. seems like a permission isue

log file doesn't gives any good infomation 2018-09-28 16:20:43.128 [19168 0]:database:D:sqlite3_threadsafe()=1 2018-09-28 16:20:43.129 [19168 0]:database:D:PRAGMA journal_mode=wal

I'm really puzzled why toggldesktop/toggldesktop-bin packages don't work (no UI is shown / process is gone):

$ toggldesktop
$ Log path  "/home/s/.local/share/Toggl/Toggl Desktop/toggldesktop.log"
DB path  "/home/s/.local/share/Toggl/Toggl Desktop/toggldesktop.db"
libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile
libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile

If this has nothing to do with the packaging - apologies in advance for the noise. Thanks.

@ulgens i've added gcc-libs as primary dependency, should be fixed.

gendesk: error while loading shared libraries: libgo.so.13: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

and build fails.

Indeed... I build it locally and it worked. I`ll try to find out what the difference.

@flops done, thanks! Don't worry, 99% of package management is taking the software and patches available and getting it together as a working package! ;)
