@JohnnyDeacon: Please see my pinned comment: just delete the local deb file first, then you should be able to build it.

Furthermore, I don't think it's outdated right now, builds fine with the actual version.

@JohnnyDeacon

Same problem here, I tried to create an Arch package with Debtap and i get the response I am missing dependencies. Can anyone help?

@ohli I know heh well I fixed it anyways, I think I just installed kdialog and it worked! Btw, I rebuilt it and changed the package version (in the description as it always grabs the latest deb from tonelib's website) and updated the checksum as 4.4.0 just came out, and now I see that you did it here as well. Well, thank you so much @ohli for mantaining this package, Tonelib just rocks.

@culebra_solida OK, here's a small debugging help:

  1. Start TonelibGFX with strace and write the output to a logfile: strace /usr/bin/ToneLib-GFX 2>&1 > /tmp/tlgfx.log Use it as usual, especially try to open files.

  2. Upload the logfile to, e.g. clbin.com cat /tmp/tlgfx.log | curl -F 'clbin=<-' https://clbin.com

  3. Paste the link here and I will have a look at it.

PS: I know this should go the to the archlinux forums or IRC somehow...

@ohli any suggestions?

@ohli I get a lot of output from that command, honestly I'm not really sure where to start looking.

@culebra_solida: could you try again with strace /usr/bin/ToneLib-GFX? Then it should be more clearly where the matter is.

It works on my system: Sway/Wayland 1.1.4-9
