libhandy version 1.0 was released and landed in the official repos. libhandy1 is therefore gone. Please update the dependencies accordingly :)

The version should not include the "v" - could you please remove it. One possible option to do that would be to add a
sed 's/^v//'

To build this package libhandy1 has to be added to depends and cmake to makedepends.

Can you add ARM to the list of architectures? It compiles just fine on the PinePhone.

Doesn't compile for me... I think the vala patch from tootle could help it.
