Is it possible to open external links in this browser? When I try, the browser tries to start from scratch, and it can't do that. Then, the attempted process gives an error message and stops. The first instance keeps running.

Do it to import official Tor's Developer Keys:
gpg --keyserver keys.gnupg.net --recv-keys 2E1AC68ED40814E0
Then update all:
yaourt -Syua

For PGP signature issue:
$ gpg --recv-keys 0x4E2C6E8793298290
Done.
Later you can delete your key:
$ gpg --list-keys

Before running
makepkg
, you must do this (as normal user):$ gpg --auto-key-locate nodefault,wkd --locate-keys torbrowser@torproject.org
If you want to update tor-browser from AUR without AUR helpers you can run in a terminal:
$ tor-browser -u
