I am unfortunately no longer able to build this package after they switched to using some custom made build script. I get a very helpful "[ERROR] Non-zero return code 2 from make.", and I'm not sure whether that is tor-shadow or some dependency complaining.
I'll keep an eye on it, maybe it starts working in a later release. If you are able to build 3.2.0 please comment!

I've adopted this package and updated it to v2.2.0 which is the latest version at the time of writing.
It is highly likely that tests will fail if your system isn't configured to simulate a large amount of network nodes:
