Is this only for laptops that don't support thresholds via tp_smapi or for all?

A small note for those migrating from the old aur3 package and have customized `tp-battery-mode.conf`: 1. "STARTTHRESHOLD" has been renamed to "START_THRESHOLD". 2. "STOPTHRESHOLD" has been renamed to "STOP_THRESHOLD".

I'm glad to see that someone took this over! I had been meaning to move it to aur4 but just never got around to it.
