I'm working on the /opt and other bugs in the package atm.

@txtsd i launch it through the provided bash script trelby listed in the sources (It's copied to /sbin/trelby and /usr/bin/trelby) and the desktop file (located at trelby/resources/trelby.desktop in the github repo)

@ex0244 How are you launching trelby?

The PKGBUILD and its child builder/installer scripts doesn't seam to create the /opt/trelby directory required by the launch script provide in the sources. This issue appeared on the latest version 2.4.11 (at least on my system (Manjaro))

Thanks for your suggestions @xiota and @MarsSeed. It was just a stopgap to get a functional PKGBUILD. I'll do it the correct way today.

setuptools should be in makedepends, not in depends.

Can I get co-maintainer on this? I'd like to update it to the actively maintained fork https://github.com/limburgher/trelby

EDIT: I maintain trelby-git

I'm getting the following when attempting to build this package:

In file included from src/helpers.cpp:16:
include/wx/wxPython/wxPython_int.h:19:10: fatal error: wx/wx.h: No such file or directory
   19 | #include <wx/wx.h>

The dependency python2-lxml doesn't exist anymore. There's python-lxml which is for python3
