Here is not required provides zoltan because actually does not do it. Only trilinos. In other words, trilinos-sacado and zoltan can be installed in the same system and trilinos-sacado does not provide /usr/include/zoltan.h, but trilinos provides /usr/include/zoltan.h.

@mane.andreas: I will see. They say "Zoltan v3.901 was released in February 2022 as part of Trilinos v13.4. This release includes capability to serialize a Zoltan struct for communication, as well as minor tweaks for certain installations of MPI.", so I think it is part of trilinos

@MartinDiehl Hi, I'm not sure that the other maintainer would like to change it. By looking at the README in the source it says that it is a separate release independent of Trilinos. While in my case I just compile a subset of Trilinos, so it's a bit different. It doesn't really bother me to keep them named as they are, but if you feel strongly about it feel free to make a proposal and we see if zoltan's maintainer agrees.

sorry for the late reply, I did not get notified about your comment in this package.

I've added provides=trilinos-sacado to Trilinos (but did not push yet). There is a similar case with zoltan. Could you please coordinate with the other maintainer to have a consistent naming (either with or without trailing trilinos-)

Great, I appreciate it. The conflicts=('trilinos') is already in there, thanks for the suggestion!

I will add provides=trilinos-sacado to the trilinos package. I think it would make sense if this package gets a conflicts=trilinos
