This package is out of date (as of 2024-03-13 at least). Here's an updated 0.63.3 PKGBUILD I've made https://gist.github.com/kleutzinger/c61f89885a38adbd98e080663f653954

Could you consider adding "$@" to the /usr/bin/trilium script so command line arguments are actually passed to trilium ? Trilium now has wayland support but you need to pass it the usual electron flags to enable it.

Please add alsa-lib to depends.

Can a PKGBUILD be provided for using the system electron rather than the bundled one? Much like how package discord_arch_electron does.

aur/trilium-bin 0.58.6-1 installed. Seeing this bug:
https://github.com/zadam/trilium/issues/3536
Bug says: "This was a regression from the 0.58.6. Please try 0.58.7."

I have just filed a bug report upstream about a javascript error popping up on launch and during use with the title: "A Javascript error occurred in the main process" and the content:
Uncaught Exception: Error: write EPIPE at afterWriteDispatched (node:internal/stream_base_commons:164:15) at writeGeneric (node:internal/stream_base_commons:155:3) at Socket._writeGeneric (node:net:780:11) at Socket._write (node:net:792:8) at writeOrBuffer (node:internal/streams/writable:389:12) at_write (node:internal/streams/writable:330:10) atSocket.Writable.write (node:internal/streams/writable:334:10) at console.value (node:internal/console/constructor:289:16) at console.log (node:internal/console/constructor:363:26) at log (/opt/trilium-bin/resources/app.asar/src/services/log.js:58:13)
It's here: https://github.com/zadam/trilium/issues/2568
Any help is appreciated as it renders the app unusable. It's been installed on my system for a long time and only started doing this a few days / weeks ago.

Seems to be working now....maybe the last update fixed it!? I am on Xorg.

I use Gnome wayland, it supports trilium maybe
sigaloid commented on 2021-11-02 18:55 (UTC)
Tio: Are you on Wayland? There's still not support for it with Trilium. Otherwise, try running the program in your terminal and look for errors.
