@fordprefect: Seems good. Maybe the dependencies have to be worked on, but seems like I have all needed installed. But you forgot the icon name in the desktop file. :)

@postblue: well, desktop entry seems fine. i'll see what i can do about the logo. i did not notice the missing ./ because . is in my PATH, thank you for pointing out. changes are up - please criticise. thank you for your review.

@fordprefect: * Something like the following? [Desktop Entry] Type=Application Name=Trine 3 Comment=Platforming game of action, puzzles and adventure Path=/opt/trine3 Exec=trine3 Icon=default # or trine3 icon if there's any trine3.png Terminal=false Categories=Game; * There's a missing "./" in front of trine3.sh in the /usr/bin/trine3 file you wrote. * It may just be a warning and not an error, seems like xwinfo checks the available resolutions (for the "automatic resolution" maybe). * The files are installed, I got the error because I tried to launch the launcher directly but trine3.sh export the libraries path I was missing (because trine3 was not working).

@postblue: • no desktop-file provided upstream, so we ship none. maybe i'll craft one. • xorg-xwininfo is not regarded a dependency by namcap, i nevertheless added it since namcap is wrong sometimes. • i cannot reproduce this. are you on an up-to-date system? how are you starting trine? libPhysX3 should be included in trine3. try 'pacman -Ql trine3-hib|grep PhysX'

I cannot run it : * no .desktop file * with the "trine3" command: /usr/bin/trine3: ligne 3: trine3.sh : command not found * /opt/trine3/bin/trine3_bin_starter.sh : ./bin/trine3_bin_starter.sh: ligne 43: xwininfo : commande introuvable ./bin/trine3_bin_starter.sh: ligne 44: xwininfo : commande introuvable -> missing the xorg-xwininfo package as dependency * /opt/trine3/bin/trine3_linux_64bit: error while loading shared libraries: libPhysX3_x64.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
