I am sorry if I was rude. I think that "all packets in a couple of repositories" is an important feature of ArchLinux. Leading by these thoughts I asked you to update trueconf in AUR. I can install packet from trueconf.ru but... this isn't arch-way.

Why don't you use it?

"/opt/trueconf/TrueConf" says /opt/trueconf/TrueConf: error while loading shared libraries: libcppdb.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Seems "trueconf" not in the PATH
