The Fontsquirrel download seems to need a different SHA256. If that version is outdated, would it makes sense decrementing the version or release number in the PKGBUILD, so people who already have it installed won’t be downdated?

Thank you @Firef0x, I fixed it. As far as I know, fontsquirrel ships somewhat outdated version of the font, but it will do.

Thanks for this package. You need to enclose all ${srcdir} and ${pkgdir} within double quotes to allow for spaces in directory names. And you need to add a maintainer line in your PKGBUILD.

This is a newer version of the font alongside proper packaging https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/ttf-aller-std/
