Building this package is impossible as http://ftp.gnu.org/non-gnu/chinese-fonts-truetype/LICENSE cannot be downloaded. I don't know whether this server is only temporarily down but it's been a while...

It seems they keep changing the URL. However, since they apparently don't ever change the page that has the URL on it, you could replace the first source line with $(curl http://babelstone.co.uk/Fonts/Han.html | grep -Eo 'http://.+BabelStoneHan\.zip')
