Second the request to drop the unneeded dependencies. I'm trying to strip down some containerized builds that depend on this and they are quite in the way. Feel free to add me as a co-maintainer if you want me to deal with it (we already do otf-libertinus-git together).

The install script is not needed anymore. Rebuilding the font cache is now done by pacman hooks.
