You should use "${srcdir}"/CCPD.txt or CCPD.txt in L15. The package procedure is in $srcdir already.

Also, when generating a new hash, the PKGBUILD fails with: src/comic-neue/comic/neue: No such file or directory

Pacaur reports bad sha256 hash on comic-neue.zip - other files passed. Thank you for this nice little find.
