Font Squirrel doesn't have the bold weight for Comic Relief. Font Library shipped both the normal and bold weights.
That being said, looks like Font Library is now working again, and the original source url that the PKGBUILD used to use is working again too. Whether to switch back to that instead of including the zip in the repo is up to the maintainer.

@jabashque Thanks for letting me know. I've just added the zip file to the package repo as it's fairly small.

For whatever reason, fontlibrary isn't working at all for serving font zips. I ended up just grabbing the files from my own system and making a new source zip. The sha512sum hash will not match, of course, since it's not the original zip, but it should suffice.
