This was just officially released as 1.000 minutes ago, what you packages to date were pre-official snapshots. Please update this to use official tagged releases and the prebuilt fonts in the release zip.
Also the ttf/otf packages don't need to conflict, it's quite possible to have both on a system. They should both provide
commissioner-fontso that other packages can depend on this without making a TTF vs. OTF choice, but technically they don't conflict.
