Please remove your install file. It is not needed anymore, pacman hooks take care of it.

You need to change you source protocol from git:// to git+https:// due to changes at github.com.

As it is now, download will fail with a timeout:

  -> Cloning conky_blue git repo...
Cloning into bare repository '/tmp/makepkg/sources/conky_blue'...
fatal: unable to connect to github.com:
github.com[0: 140.82.121.3]: errno=Connection timed out
