Updated and pushed. @xiota i wish i had seen your pkgbuild sooner, i already worked on it when i saw your comment. although for now at least, i'll keep mine as it's easier to read and audit.

previous maintainer disowned this it seems and i decided to adopt it. will work on an update when i can

xorg-font-utilsin dependencies is no longer exists in Arch repos because of https://www.archlinux.org/todo/removal-of-xorg-font-utils-transitional-package/Please replace it to
xorg-mkfontscale, which provides utilitiesmkfontscaleandmkfontdirused inttf.install.I wrote patch for this: https://gist.github.com/nosada/bd8a4eae851aafe14f7f684563b59aa3
