There indeed is a hook (/usr/share/libalpm/hooks/fontconfig.hook) that runs fc-cache automatically. No need to do it also in the install file.

this package has conflict with ttf-google-fonts-git. please add ttf-google-fonts-git as conflicts.

Also I think .install files for font packages are deprecated.
Preinstalled hooks should do the work.

EDIT: Just saw that the hook is only proposed. So forget what I have said :-D

==> ERROR: Makepkg was unable to build ttf-oswald.

It seams you are using the name "OFL.txt" across your font packages. When using makepkg's option to save sources, the file from a previous package is taken and thus the checksum fails. Could you rename them?
