I inadvertently created a package for this font without finding this one. However upon review I think I'm going to suggest we merge this one into mine for several reasons. There are a number of issues with this package. First it isn't building a fixed version, but a git master, which means it should have been name ttf-quicksand-git in the first place. My package will build against a consistent version using the versioning in the font itself (unfortunately no git tags, so it's a little arbitrary). Additionally this package has a bunch of obsolete dependencies, it doesn't package the variable fonts, the license field is entered incorrectly, etc. I'll make you a co-maintainer on the other package, but to clear up the namespace so I can enable the split packaging I'm going to submit a merge request on this.

The MD5 check fails. This is probably due to the outdated URLs, which should read:

https://github.com/google/fonts/raw/master/ofl/quicksand/static/Quicksand-{Bold,Light,Medium,Regular}.ttf

Hi, the files changed since the package was made. They are now at <https://github.com/google/fonts/raw/master/ofl/quicksand/statics/Quicksand>-{Bold,Light,Medium,Regular}.ttf and the md5sums are : 'abae4f617e3ba9b9ad15e497a20c2d2b' '064bd27b159328acde9d8980e5625bc6' '4583607a62d10a20a5fb53c2ea28188a' '5a8d69b790df6a52545bdce17643fb39'
