When I temporarily packaged this myself just now, I had a look at the files 46-twcns.conf and 66-twcns.conf. I guess the latter is the reason all websites with Chinese text are displayed with this package's fonts while this package is installed.
I do not know if this behaviour is preferential for most users.
For those who only need this font for specific work where you want to select it in your software such as LibreOffice, Gimp, Inkscape, etc.: You can remove 66-twcns.conf and its checksum from the PKGBUILD, download all sources (Open_Data.zip, 46-twcns.conf, LICENSE, LICENSE-zh_TW), do a makepkg -s, then install with pacman -U.

The package version is based on the edit date of the metadata files/source zip files, since upstream doesn't rely on semantic release version rule or any other things like that to date (2023-02).
This versioning issue may be changed in anytime when upstream is properly versioning the releases.
Plz, when facing with the
Open_Data.zip
file checksum failure, just check the upstream URL and inform me the date of "詮釋資料更新時間" via "flag the package as out of date."Also, check that the zip you downloaded can be opened properly, as upstream sometimes serves in a bad manner.
