I've re-packed win7fonts.7z with leighm's PKGBUILD, it's just 13.8MB for downloads.

Updated PKGBUILD with the correct sha256 sums from the win7fonts.7z that was posted earlier.
Included arialblack in the installed font list as well.

You need that have access to a Win 7 install. This package is basically useless.
I found this (probably illegal) package of Win 7 ttf fonts (113MB 7zip archive)
