Also need these dependencies installed for some of the plugins to work:
hdparm
x86_energy_perf_policy
cpupower
And probably a good idea to define some stuff in /etc/tuned/tuned-main.conf, ie:
[disk]
devices=sda

Updated PKGBUILD for tuned 2.4.1:
http://pastebin.com/AtByuRHV
Currently looks like tuned-gui not only excepts but demands selinux to exist and the app won't run if it can't detect any of it's paths. I was able to get around this "feature" by running 'sudo touch /selinux'
17:41:56 thinkpad ~ $ pacman -Ql tuned | grep service
tuned /usr/lib/systemd/system/tuned.service
17:41:57 thinkpad ~ $ systemctl start tuned
17:42:09 thinkpad ~ $ tuned-adm list

you should add python2-gobject as dependy
as Sanya_M already said

@Ninez: I think you should negotiate a merger of this package and tuned-git, given that both this and that package are essentially do the same thing.
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/tuned-git/
https://aur.archlinux.org/account/Siosm
Both are *-git packages, and this one shouldn't really have been marked as out-of-date, given this...

Adopted :)
I also added some of the other related RHEL MRG / system-tuning tools. Namely; Tuna - https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/tuna/ [and it's python2-* deps to AUR].

I'm sorry for the delay to reply. I cannot maintain this package anymore, as I don't use it and dont have time to update and test it. I'm droping it now.

There is new version - 2.3.0
Also, it depends on python2-gobject, not python2-gobject2
