Suppose you could remove this line nowdays: install -D -m755 "${srcdir}/tprintdaemon" "${pkgdir}/etc/rc.d/tprintdaemon"

I have the same problem like Aerion! The md5sums is wrong.

Aerion commented on 2013-01-29 14:26 (UTC)

The md5sum fails on turboprint-2.28-1.x86_64.tgz

For systemd you need to create a service file, got this info from a german site Create /etc/systemd/system/tprintdaemon.service with the following information [Unit] Description=TurboPrintDaemon [Service] Type=forking ExecStart=/usr/bin/tprintdaemon Restart=on-abort [Install] WantedBy=multi-user.target Then just install/start the above service file using: sudo systemctl enable tprintdaemon.service sudo systemctl start tprintdaemon.service
